Cash or Check, Credit Card or Pay Pal at the door: This is fine, but we also greatly appreciate if you register in advance if possible.

Instalment Plans: If you find it easier to pay in two or three instalments, just let us know and we will arrange it with you, but final payment must be received by 15 December to receive the Early BIrd discount.

Accommodation Options

Please share any room preferences on the registration form in the “comments” section. Let us know if you’d like the room you had last year and we’ll try to arrange that.

  1. Hotel Style Rooms

Simple, but comfortable hotel style rooms are available, each carpeted, with a private bathroom and toilet and nice views. The rooms sleep either two, three, four or six people. There are limited numbers of rooms (especially small ones) so please register EARLY if you have a strong preference.

We will also put more than one individual, couple or family in each room, as they fill up (e.g. three couples in a room with six beds, or several single women sharing together.) Please indicate if there’s a specific person or family you’d like to share with, or if you have other sharing preferences.

  1. Bunk Rooms

The Bunk Rooms have five bunks per room and are fairly large, each (except one) with an attached ensuite toilet and bathroom.

Rooms are allocated at the time of registration and payment, and according to any special needs (illness, young children, disability.) Please indicate any special needs on the registration form, or contact us directly.

All rooms include beds, mattresses (and mattress covers) and pillows. Please bring your own linen and blankets.

  1. Camping

There is plenty of beautiful space for tent camping all around the conference centre.  The grounds are well maintained and surrounded by national parks and mountain views. Toilet and shower blocks are available in the main building.

Early BIrd Discount

The Early Bird price as detailed above ends on 15th December. After this please add $20 per adult and $10 per child or teen to your payment.


A full refund is available until 15 December. After 15 December, you can receive 50% back up until the start of the Gathering.

No refund is available after the Gathering has started except in exceptional circumstances.


Always welcome and help cover the expenses of our guest speakers, nuns and monks and charitable activities.  There is a space to include your donation on the registration form.
